This is a 'For Record' strike to indicate an Officer placed on a Performance Plan due to low performance in one of their responsibilities. This is an officer's second chance to redeem themselves and improve their performance. They are given a performance goal and deadline and if the goals are met - this strike record will be removed and the lapse in performance considered resolved. If this performance goal is not met, the member will be demoted and this record remains permanently on their profile.
The conditions to issue a performance plan are as follows:
- Leader rank may issue to any Officer in DI.
- Head and Vice of Moderation (VP) may issue to any officer in DI.
- Head of Integration (LM) may issue to any division vice in DI.
Purpose of this is to give a clear indication of what will be reviewed, and when, so you as officers can plan accordingly.
- Have achieved 20+ Activity Points in the previous month
- 1 point - recruit someone
- 1 point - host an event
- 1 point - for every 10 Comp Hours in your team (tracked by standings)
- Late promotions and Aways are taken into account
- Have retained over 50% of the initial cohort size by the start of the cohort month.
- Special circumstances like splits, small cohort sizes, etc. are taken into account.
- Team Leaders get a reduction of 5 Activity Points for their first Review Day after Promotion
- Division Vices who were in their first month
- Failing to meet the conditions of your performance plan by the date listed in the performance plan will result in a demotion and 1 year Leadership Ban.
- Stepping down while on a performance plan will be counted as failing the plan, and will be met with the same discipline mentioned above.
