¶ Seed Divisions
¶ Overview
Seed Divisions are one of the aggressive methods we use to grow in Damage Inc. The term "seed" signifies the fact the Division starts small, usually with one Division Leader and, sometimes, a handful of members. The Division Leader then rapidly "grows" this seed into a flourishing Division through recruiting members and officers, creating processes and infrastructure to support events, and so on. These Divisions are marked on our Master Division Registry with a seedling icon.
Seed Divisions can be identified by a plant icon next to the grade:
¶ Starting a New Seed
Any member can start a seed, once they have met the following requirements:
- Odin's Kin III (confidence and comfort in recruiting is a must)
- only recruits for the game they want to be a seed for will count (no recruiting CSGO members for a Valorant seed etc)
- Are eligible for officership
- The HL must conduct research and prove the game is viable in DI

A Seed must:
- After 90 Days - Seed must meet graduation requirements
¶ Rewards
If the seed meets the Triumph Graduation requirements, the Division Leader is awarded with an extremely rare triumph: Architect.
¶ Graduating a Seed
The Division Leader has 90 days to put forth their best effort and obtain the highest honors of a Triumph Graduation. Should they fall short of that, they will graduate without receiving a triumph.
¶ A Triumph Graduation:
- It has 50+ members
- 40%+ are full members
- Members on probation do not count
- Fully staffed, with at least 4+ TLs/TVs
¶ A Non-Triumph Graduation:
- It has 50+ members
- Members on probation do not count
- Fully staffed
It is important to note that there can be no extension beyond 90 days. A Division Leader can graduate early if requirements are fulfilled, but must maintain these requirements for 30 days after graduation.
¶ Research for Seeds:
- The format of the game:
- is it short 20-40min games like League of Legends, Overwatch or Valorant or is it continuous like a MMO (eg. WoW) (For the record we prefer games that start and end and are not MMOs/continuous)
- The amount of people playing the game each month
- Sources for recruiting, is it a big game with lots of discords or other places to recruit from? Is recruiting easy?
- How long the games been out:
- Is it a new game with lots of hype that will die in 3 months?
- Or has it been around for 15-20 years like CSGO and League of Legends?
