¶ Cohort Honors - For the Ambitious!
¶ Introduction
Cohort Honors are the prestigous, best-in-class awards given to the top 3 People of each cohort. Each new Initiate has one shot to compete for these exclusive awards, and the winners will be highlighted in the end of month announcements, as well as recorded in your division's page and the honors section of the library.
Going for Cohort Honors is completely optional and NOT necessary to graduate from Initiate, but is recommended if you wish to leave your mark on your Cohort!
¶ Earning Cohort Honors
Cohort Honours are given out to the top 3 People who contribute the most during their Cohort Month (gain the most REP). While the primary way Initiates earn REP is by attending events, you can find out all the other ways to earn REP here.

The records of previous Cohort Honors winners have been kept since 2013, and can be seen in the dedicated library page here, as well as in the various house and division pages.
¶ Honors Eligibility
In order to be eligible for Cohort Honours, an Initiate cannot have joined Damage Inc before, and if an Initiate spends REP on transferring divisions, or anything else, this does not count against them in their Honors calculation.
