¶ Overview
Game wars is a battle between all the games to determine which game is the best.
¶ Game Of The Year
This award is given to members of the game that wins the Game Wars.
¶ Hype Points
Hype Points are what is used to calculate the winner of game wars at the end of each year, the game with the most Hype Points wins if eligible!
You can view your Hype Points breakdown on your dashboard.
Hype Points will be awarded as follows:
- Hosting your primary game event - 2 points
- Hosting a non primary game event - 1 point to non primary game
- Recruiting - 3 points
- Community Competitions - 100 pts for 1st place, 50 points for 2nd place, 25 points for 3rd place.
¶ Eligibility
- For a Game to be eligible it must be official (50+).
- Game can become official at any point in the year.
¶ How to participate
- Grab an event host license and host some events!
- Recruit some people!
