¶ Earning Reputation
¶ What is Reputation
Reputation is DI's currency and is an objective the measurement of someone's activity. Simply going to events, being on Discord and doing a range of other activities will accrue Reputation.
Your reputation is displayed on all your posts, as well as at the top of the forum user bar.
Reputation is required for many aspects of DI, for example (but not limited to):
- Transferring to another division
- Graduating from the Initiate Program
¶ Earning Reputation
You earn Reputation from the following activities:

¶ Salaries
REP Salaries are based on rank and is a way for DI to recognize the extra time it takes Staff to handle the responsibilities of running DI. They are:
- L8+ - 1350 REP / month
- L7 - 1200 REP / month
- L6 - 900 REP / month
- L5 - 600 REP / month
- L4 - 300 REP / month
- L3 - 60 REP / month
