- Led by a House Leader
- Supported by a House Vice
- Consists of several Divisions
Houses are the biggest grouping of members in DI. Houses usually consist of a wide range of divisions from our main games, led by a House Leader. Members often take great pride in their Houses, spending their time in DI to a specific house.
¶ Divisions (50+ Members)
- Led by a Division Leader
- Supported by a Division Vice
- Consists (optional) of an organized team
Divisions are the group of members you will probably have the most day-to-day interaction with. Your division is your DI family - you all play the same game and have the same goal: play your game and have a great time as a community doing it! The smallest divisions have 50 members, but this can reach to 100 or more.
There are two ways to make new divisions:
¶ Teams (Max 15 Members)
- Led by a Team Leader
- Supported by a Team Vice
Inside each division there can be a team, led by Division Staff, whose main job is to make sure that team's needs are met in Damage Inc. Division Staff are a main point of contact for any problems or questions in DI.
¶ Chain of Command
Given the size of Damage Inc, it is important to resolve matters at the lowest possible level to avoid overwhelming members.
¶ Rules:
- Do not PM or contact Leaders or House Leaders unless it's an emergency or they contacted you first (Officers Exempt)
- Do not PM or contact Division Leaders unless you have firstly spoken to your Team Leader or they contacted you first
- Always go to your Division Staff first when you have an issue or need help
¶ How to know who to contact?
Everyone's profile has their next person they should contact for issues listed under "Manager" (see picture to the right).
Senior officers in Damage Inc deal with 100s of messages and issues a day, and simply won't have the time to give your issue the attention it deserves (unless its an emergency). If your Chain of Command is unable to resolve the issue, they will escalate it to a senior officer for you.
