The heart of Damage Inc is the forums, and whilst moderation is quite relaxed on the forums there are still certain standards in place to ensure forums remain a great part of our culture.

Effort should also be taken to ensure you are not creating a topic that has already been created. Use the search function before creating a topic to see if any similar topics have already been created. If they have reply to them instead of creating a new topic. Duplicate topics will be merged by VP and will be penalized.
Creating any content that involve the following subjects on ANY of DI's platforms (incl Forums/Discord etc) are not allowed and will incur penalties:
Each Member is allowed only one account in DI. Multiple accounts will result in a Lack of Integrity (or Officer Integrity) strike.
Discord is critical for the conduct of everyday community operations, events and meetings and as such also has standards to ensure the platform is pleasant for everyone.
DI Members are expected to use the DI Private Discord server to conduct DI operations, host & attend events, or socialize with other members of DI.
It is strictly forbidden to create/be in another Discord server for use with DI members, for example:
Failing to comply will result in a non-reversible permanent blacklist from Damage Inc.
These actions seriously harm DI's unity and activity, and undermines the ability for Officers to uphold the rules and security of DI which protects our members from toxic blacklisted members.
Exception: It is OK to be in large game/reddit etc related servers where current or former DI members do not make up the majority of participants (eg. OverwatchLFG).

How our members behave in-game impacts Damage Inc's reputation, performance and perception from others, both inside and outside of DI. It is therefore important we behave in a manner which is respectable and professional.

Remember that your actions reflect on DI and as such it is expected you will consistently present yourself in a professional manner. We will not hesitate to blacklist a malicious or toxic member from the community.
DI does not, nor will it approve of inappropriate relationships between an adult and someone below the age of 18, regardless of what local laws dictate, as each of them have sub-articles within as well as exploitative clauses. We are an international community with members from various countries and cultures with different laws on this sensitive topic, hence why 18 + is the universally approved standard across the world.
The following are hard enforced DI wide rules for everyone over the age of 18, regardless of the position you are in.
Being in a Position of responsibility in DI means you accept that your actions and behavior will be held to higher standards than members. Things members may get away with may deemed extremely unacceptable for Staff, as a result of having to set an example for our members to follow.

It is strictly prohibited for any staff member to dissuade or influence another member's decision regarding the acceptance of official positions within Damage Inc. Engaging in such behavior will result in a “Lack of Leadership Integrity” strike. Counter-offering a position of equal or higher rank is permitted, but offering a position that is lower in rank, or a position that is yet to exist, or will not exist within the next 30 days, does not qualify as a valid counter offer.
