Becoming an officer is selective and requires the completion of training to ensure only the best and most professional members are selected to become the community's leaders.
- Graduated to Full Member status
- Not on active Promotion Cooldown
- Ability and willingness to commit 20+ hours a week to the position
- Good Strike Record
- 16+ years old
- Must reach the “TryHard” activity level.
- Have Odin's Kin II (Game Directors Only)
