- Lead an Order.

- 2nd-in-Command of an Order.

- Fill in and support different Order functions as needed.
- Lead the administrative functions of a team within an order (i.e. Cohort Management).
- Mentor Officers in team.
- Global Moderators who patrol DI's platforms and uphold the rules.
- Enforce Activity Requirements.
- Oversee Compliance.
- Manages all the Member Requests.
- Manage Members on Probation.
- Manage Promotions and Demotions.
- Answer VP support tickets on Discord and Forums.
- Manage Strike Appeals and facilitate Blacklist Appeals.
- Manage Initiates assigned to them each Cohort.
- Process different applications.
- Host Crash Course Events.
- Provide core and additional training classes.
- Validate hosted classes.
- Hand out Event Hosting Licenses.
- Help other members and officers out in case they need help with the exam or have a question about Imperium staff training.
- Perform training event quality checks.
- Fix assigned bugs.
- Implement assigned features.
- Implement feedback from Pull Requests.
- Help figure out issues with bug-reports.
- Handle / organize bug reports.
- Manage bug reports on Jira (our issue-tracking software).
- Report back to members.
- Communicate (common) issues to other DEV members.
