Because of our size, it is important that every leader and unit in Damage Inc know their responsibilities and minimum baselines. For this, we have compliance: the expected status of every individual and unit in DI's structure.
Whether Division or House, DI's compliance starts with Unit Compliance. Unit Compliance is a combination of growth and activity metrics that determine the health of said unit.
Minimum Baselines are the minimum expectations for each Divisional Positions in DI.
Performance Plans exist as a sort of “Divisional Positions Probation” - a system to give struggling leaders a second chance at success in DI.
To prevent the loss of Divisions, the Division Transition Period gives new Division Leaders the chance to learn the ins-and-outs of the position from the previous Division Leader.
Activity Points are a measure of a Division Position's contribution to to Damage Inc, tallied up on Review Days.
Issued Awards & Achievements also have standards to be considered compliant, so that these are issued correctly and appropriately.
Tenure restrictions are in place for the majority of staff positions in DI.
